The Stilwell Group, Inc. is a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware. The firm operates as a management consulting and advisory practice serving clients in the legaltech and healthtech sectors.

The capital practice
The Stilwell Group maintains a small pre-seed investment practice alongside its advisory work. The firm may make direct investments in companies operating in the legaltech and healthtech sectors, including companies that are current or former advisory clients.
Where the firm holds or is considering an investment in a company with which it also has or is considering an advisory relationship, this will be disclosed to all relevant parties prior to the commencement of any engagement. Clients are encouraged to seek independent counsel when evaluating any situation involving dual relationships.
Operating roles and concurrent engagements
The firm's principal may hold operating roles at portfolio companies or advisory clients on a concurrent basis. As of the date of this disclosure, the principal serves as Acting CEO of Case Compass and as Fractional CRIO at DB Legal Support / McCune Law Group and affiliate firms, concurrent with managing principal duties at The Stilwell Group.
Prospective clients are informed of active operating roles at the outset of engagement discussions. The firm does not take on advisory work where a material conflict exists that cannot be adequately disclosed and managed.
